Bill
Mack
END OF WATCH - JULY 18TH 2025
INAGUARUL VICE PRESIDENT
Deputy Chief Bill Mack, who passed on July 18, 2025, was more than a firefighter and Deputy Chief—he was a compass, a mentor, and a force of quiet, steadfast leadership. His 30-year career began in Auburn and culminated in his role as Deputy Chief at East Pierce Fire & Rescue, where he served until retiring in 2023. Bill was known not just for what he taught, but for how he led—with humility, presence, and heart. He empowered generations of firefighters and officers across King and Pierce counties through both technical training and personal mentorship.
Outside of duty, Bill gave freely of his time to community causes like the Nick of Time Foundation and was instrumental in helping shape the vision of First Responder Liaison Network. His encouragement helped lay the foundation for our youth mentorship movement, where his legacy lives on through every camp, mentee, and alumni. Bill didn’t need recognition—he led with quiet conviction, and his actions always spoke louder than his words. His laughter, warmth, and deep belief in others left a mark that cannot be measured.
We are deeply grateful to his family for sharing him with us, and we will carry his example forward in all we do.
While we are searching for another Vice President, no one can replace a man as pivotal and remarkable as Bill Mack.

sAVANNA
NAGORSKI
CO-FOUNDER | INFORMATION OFFICER
Savanna is a proud wife and mom to wonderful twin daughters.
As a military and firefighter spouse, she has been deeply influenced by the genuine people in her family's life who routinely protect & serve their communities with little asked for in return. While holding down the fort and caring for their babies and supporting her husband as he served our Country, she completed a Masters of Science in Geospatial Technologies. She currently works as a public-safety GIS Administrator and certified Geographic Information Systems Professional (GISP) at Puget Sound Regional Fire Authority; and also serves as a wildland fire GISS-T with the SE Washington State Type 3 Incident Management Team. Now located in the DFW metroplex, Savanna looks to continue these roles on a national footprint.
With the humbling perspective that her own husband was a direct end user on the very pre-incident fire plans that she analyzed and created, it is needless to say, her passion for accurate public-safety GIS analysis and mapping extends well beyond mere office walls and in support of the first responders (and their families) that she serves.
At FRLN, Savanna leverages niche technologies to deliver impactful solutions that are easily applied when coaching the youth & young adults toward their dream careers as law enforcement officers, structure/wildland firefighters, paramedics and 911 dispatchers.
Grateful for the opportunity to contribute in establishing FRLN, Savanna possesses practical technical skills and a passion for bringing innovative solutions to her community. The potential for constructive change, vulnerable authenticity, personal growth, and positive generational impact is limitless and awe-inspiring!
Schuyller “ski”
Nagorski
CO-FOUNDER | DIRECTOR
Ski is a grateful husband, father, and peer support advocate based in Fort Worth, Texas. Currently training to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker for veterans, first responders, and their families. With over a decade of service as a SOF tactical paramedic and civilian firefighter, his professional path has always centered around one purpose: caring for those who serve.
Recognized as a Firefighter of the Year, Outstanding Lateral Awardee, and Honor Graduate of both the 75th Ranger Regiment’s selection course and U.S. Army Ranger School. Having served his Brothers and Country with distinction, Ski intimately grasps what true leadership requires: tactical competence, rejecting personal complacency, sincere empathy, and the courage to welcome personal risk to tangibly care for others.
But for Ski, the true reward is contributing to a transformative legacy. He believes personal accolades only hold value when they serve a greater mission—and are publicly shared with a principled team committed to that united purpose.
That’s why he helped create First Responder Liaison Network (FRLN)—a community-driven nonprofit focused on preparing the next generation of public servants and community guardians through mentorship, emotional intelligence, and tactical readiness.
FRLN Ambassadors, Mentors, and Liaisons are united by a shared belief: We must model strength, sincerity, compassion, and resilience—so others can rise into their purpose, and realize the greatness that’s already within them.
“Everything we want is on the other side of fear.”
At FRLN, we walk with you through the hard work
that creates meaningful growth. Hard work pays off!
Let’s chase your horizon—together.
